That game was recently added to the Xbox One's backward compatibility program.
Red Dead Revolver, released in 2004, is the oft-forgotten start of Rockstar's Red Dead series, which garnered far more attention with the release of 2010's Red Dead Redemption. Before getting too excited, keep in mind this appears to be a PS2-on-PS4 version, meaning this isn't some kind of extensive remaster or otherwise improved edition of the game. Presumably this listing went live sooner than intended and a launch is indeed coming soon.
